The Black Squirrel Restaurant and Bar will unveil its brunch menu on Saturday (Sept. 8), starting at 11 a.m. and lasting until 5 p.m. Chef Gene Sohn has fashioned an ambitious series of offerings certain to satisfy all kinds of cravings. “It is my hope that brunch becomes a weekend staple of the restaurant,” Sohn says.
