Our burgers are made of hormone-free Hereford beef ground in-house. Hereford beef is an ancient breed of cattle that has not been genetically engineered. The result is a mouth-watering, natural-beef flavor. Hereford is an all-natural, hormone-free beef raised strictly on corn. It is allowed to mature naturally without the use of drugs, which results in a higher price. Those familiar with prime beef prefer Hereford to the more well-known Black Angus.

Reuben

House-cured kosher corned beef, homemade sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing on toasted New York rye bread. Served with homemade pickles and boardwalk fries.

The BLT (Big, Loaded & Tasty)

Stacked with locally produced applewood-smoked bacon, organic baby greens, tomato, and homemade mayonnaise on Texas toast. Served with homemade pickles and boardwalk fries.

Additions: Top it off with a fried egg or Gruyere cheese.

Soup, Sandwich and Salad

A trio of tomato bisque soup and grilled cheese and bacon sandwich served with a large side salad.

Tomato Bisque Soup

Bisque made with roasted tomatoes, and red peppers flash-fried in a light tempura batter.

Fish and Chips

Icelandic cod dipped in beer-batter tempura and served with homemade potato chips, coleslaw and chipotle tarter sauce.

Ribeye Steak

Hormone-free, twenty-ounce , bone-in ribeye steak served with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

Bratwurst Platter

Brats cooked in Hofbrau and served with mashed potatoes, homemade sauerkraut and gravy.

Buttermilk Southern-Fried Chicken

SMART chicken marinated in buttermilk and fried. Served with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

Mussels

Curry Cream Sauce Mussels

Steamed in a favored beer of the Black Squirrel, with curry cream sauce, thyme, bacon and garlic.

Mussels in White Wine Sauce

Steamed in a tomato white wine sauce with thyme, shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Mussels Chorizo

Steamed in garlic, shallot and thyme with Argentine chorizo and a white wine sauce.
